The Hour Contract module allows for complete management of the values of hours worked on tickets, as well as enabling the control of the hours contracted by the client, so they can see how those hours are being consumed.

Glossary of fields in the "Hour Contract Summary by Period" report

  • Period: Closing period representing the line for that closure.
  • Contract: Contract name (uses the current name).
  • Client: Clients linked to the contract at the time of closure.
  • Contractual Hours: Number of hours consumed, not considering excess and accumulated hours.
  • Excess Hours: Consumed hours - contracted hours (when the value is greater than 0).
  • Accumulated Hours: Contracted hours - consumed hours (when the value is greater than 0).
  • Base Value: Value of the "Contract Base Value (R$)" field at the time of closure. The base value can be changed, but the value at the time of the month's closure is recorded.
  • Contractual Hours (R$): Value in reais of the hours consumed, not considering excess and accumulated hours. This field is the value defined in the activity by hour type * the number of hours consumed for that activity/hour type.
  • Excess Hours (R$): Value in reais of the consumption of excess hours. This field is the value defined for excess hours in the activity by hour type * the number of excess hours consumed for that activity/hour type.
  • Expenses: Total value of expenses recorded in that period.
  • Discount (R$): The value entered in the "Closing Discount" field.
  • Period Value: Base value + Contractual Hours (R$) + Excess Hours (R$) + Expenses - Discount (R$).
