Configuring the Flags

Flags are very important to have greater and faster control of tickets.
With the help of the Flags, you can configure them to receive sound notifications and/or browser notifications in the form of a balloon. You can receive real-time notifications of any changes in Movidesk, such as: any modifications made to a ticket under your name or your team. This way, you will have greater control.

How to configure the Flags

To configure them, simply go to the edit profile tab, or click on edit on the home screen, or click on your name on the home screen of Movidesk, or in the upper right corner click on your name >> Edit Profile, Flags tab. 

We have twelve flag options, which are:




  • Tickets under my responsibility that had actions included by the client or by other agents. Any changes made to the ticket under my responsibility will notify me.

 

  • Tickets under the responsibility of members of my team that had actions included by the client or by other agents. All tickets under my team's responsibility that have any changes will notify me.

 

  • Tickets under the responsibility of any agent that had actions included by the client or by other agents. All changes made to tickets with a responsible agent will notify me.

 

  • Tickets under my responsibility that had actions on child tickets included by the client or by other agents. All tickets under my responsibility that have any changes to their child ticket will notify me.

 

  • Tickets under the responsibility of members of my team that had actions on child tickets included by the client or by other agents. All tickets under my team's responsibility that have any changes to their child ticket will notify me.

 

  • Tickets under the responsibility of any agent that had actions on child tickets included by the client or by other agents. All tickets under the responsibility of any agent that have changes to their child ticket will notify me.

 

  • Tickets under my responsibility that had child tickets closed by other agents. All child tickets that are closed by another agent, while the parent ticket is under my responsibility, will notify me.

 

  • Tickets under the responsibility of members of my team that had child tickets closed by other agents. All child tickets that are closed by another agent, while the parent ticket is under my team's responsibility, will notify me.

 

  • Tickets under the responsibility of any agent that had child tickets closed by other agents. All child tickets that are closed by another agent will notify me.

 

  • Tickets transferred to my responsibility or to my team's responsibility. Tickets that were transferred to someone on my team or to me will notify me.

 

  • Tickets opened without a responsible agent assigned. Tickets that were opened without an assigned responsible agent will notify me.

 

  • Tickets opened under my responsibility or under my team's responsibility. All tickets opened under my responsibility or my team's responsibility will notify me.


On the right side of the screen, there are two options: Browser Notification and Audio Notification. To activate them, simply click the checkbox and then save.
