System parameters

Most of the Movidesk parameters are linked to the access profile, which is the group of permissions that can be granted to agents and clients.

However, there are some parameters that are relevant to your environment as a whole and cannot vary from agent to agent or from client to client. The parameters that fit this situation are on the parameters screen of your account.

In the system settings, locate the Account group and then the Parameters option.
 
The parameters screen is divided into tabs, which serve to group parameters by categories:
 

The explanation of each of the parameters on this screen is in the chapter that covers each topic. For example, in the Tickets tab, there is a parameter called Require service information when opening tickets for. The definition and application of this parameter are described in the chapter that addresses the Service Catalog functionality.
