Tickets per Customer
The Tickets per Customer report allows you to view the list of tickets that each customer has opened in your support structure, according to the applied filters.

Report Overview
To review your report, access the Movidesk Sidebar -> IconMarileia - Service Center (3).png-> Reports.

Filters and Periods

With the filters available to generate the report, we can get the total number of tickets grouped by organization or person.

Additionally, you can indicate in the report whether you want to display only customers with tickets, only those without tickets (no tickets), or filter by all customers registered in Movidesk. There is also an option to add more filters to get the desired total tickets.

By default, the period indicated in the report will always be the current month, but the period can be adjusted, respecting the one-year interval between the indicated period.
Based on the period, we can indicate in the report whether we want to get the total number of open or closed tickets, filtering by opening date or closing date.

If Movidesk does not identify any data with the filters applied when generating the report, the following message will be displayed.

Export Data
After applying the desired filter, it is possible to export the data to spreadsheets in .csv (Google Sheets and other programs) or .xls (Excel 97 and later versions), via the Movidesk Processing Center.

Important: The report is generated only with the following information: Customers, Classification, Person, Classification (Person), and the total tickets for the period.

Generate Report

By clicking on "Generate Report", a pop-up will appear with two options:
  • Generate the Report on screen, an option that displays the data on screen without the need to create a file with the data. We emphasize that the data displayed on screen may vary depending on the selected period and filters. Therefore, we recommend exporting via the Processing Center to view the data in Excel or Google Sheets;
  • Export data via the Processing Center. When selecting this option, you can choose from the available formats to generate the report. Through the Processing Center, you can download it when the file is available.
