  1. Create a new Movidesk email account (with sending and receiving enabled), using the same beginning of the account you want to configure, example:
    your account: teste1@gmail.com
Movidesk account you will create: teste1@suabase.movidesk.com

  2. Access your email settings in the browser and set up a redirection (example here) where a copy of the emails received at teste1@gmail.com will automatically be sent to teste1@suabase.movidesk.com

  3. After configuring the redirection, test by sending an email to teste1@gmail.com and check if the email arrived in Movidesk.

  4. If the email arrived, access the settings of your Movidesk account teste1@suabase.movidesk.com and disable the receiving function.
Also, access the settings of your teste1@gmail.com account and write "Do_not_change" in the receiving "Server" field.

  5. Make sure that sending is still done from your teste1@gmail.com account as usual.

  6. Verify if your triggers use the "Account that received the email" sender option. If they do, the teste1@gmail.com account will need to be manually selected (if applicable).

Remember to update your triggers: Another important point would be adjusting the email sending triggers in your base so that emails are sent from your own email account. To make this adjustment, just follow these steps:

1st Access the triggers by going to Settings > Automations > Triggers, then access the triggers that send emails.

2nd Inside the trigger, go to the actions and then modify the field Sender.

3rd
In the sender field, enter your own email so it is sent from your email account and not (@cliente.movidesk).

Once this is done, the sending and receiving of emails will be correctly configured.

In scenarios where you have triggers with the "received in" condition, this condition must be updated. You can open a request to identify any triggers with this scenario for adjustment.
