Time worked on tickets
Movidesk provides some management reports to control the time worked by agents.

Important: To ensure that the worked time is accurately recorded, it is essential that time tracking is enabled in Movidesk. To learn how to enable it, access the link: Time Tracking.
Report Overview
 To check your report, go to the Movidesk Side Menu -> Icon Marileia - Service Center (3).png-> Reports -> How much time is being spent to complete each ticket?



Grant Access to the Report

If the report is not available in the reports tab, it will be necessary to enable it within your access profile. Click on Settings -> People -> Access Profile -> In the Reports tab, enable the parameter "Allow viewing the report of time worked on tickets"


Filters and Periods
By default, the period indicated in the report will always be the current month, but the period can be adjusted, respecting the one-year interval between the indicated periods.
Based on the period, we can indicate in the report if we want to obtain the total of records for public tickets, internal tickets, or both. You can also filter by release period, agent, client, or activity.
 
If Movidesk does not identify any data with the filters applied when generating the report, the following message will be displayed.


Export Data
After applying the desired filter, it is possible to export the data in .csv (Google Sheets and other applications) or .xls (Excel 97 and newer versions) formats, through the Movidesk Processing Center.


Generate Report
When clicking on "Generate Report", a pop-up will appear with two options: 
  • Generate the Report on screen, an option that displays the data on the screen without the need to create a file with the data. We emphasize that the on-screen return may vary depending on the selected period and filters. Therefore, we recommend exporting via the Processing Center to view the data in Excel or Google Sheets;
  • Export data via the Processing Center, when selecting this option, you can choose from the available formats to generate the report. Through the Processing Center, you can download it when the file is available.

The report displays all the time entries that were recorded by the agents. Movidesk reports allow you to create groupings by dragging the desired column header to the highlighted area of the report:
