Send Satisfaction Survey links for WhatsApp support through Movidesk, in order to gather feedback on your products and services. This allows you to analyze customer engagement and obtain valuable insights into your service.

For example, after resolving a customer’s issue via WhatsApp, your company can send a survey to assess the experience, asking about the effectiveness of the support, the interaction, and whether the instructions were clear.

How it works

If you use WhatsApp and also the integration with NLU, you can send a satisfaction survey to your customers. Remember, it is necessary to configure the Satisfaction Survey module so that it is available as an option for the WhatsApp channel.

How to enable the Satisfaction Survey for WhatsApp

To do so, follow these steps:

1. In Movidesk, go to Settings > Chat > WhatsApp;
2. Select the WhatsApp number and the desired group to which this WhatsApp is linked;
3. In Chat > Chat Groups, select the group you want to send the Satisfaction Survey;
4. In the Main tab of the selected group, under Default Messages, At the end of the service, select Satisfaction Survey and the placeholder, which can be: {ticket.satisfactionSurve.url}, {ticket.satisfactionSurvey.url.EN}, {ticket.satisfactionSurvey.url.ES} or {ticket.satisfactionSurvey.url.PT}.

💡Tip: This placeholder that sends the Satisfaction Survey URL will only work in automatic messages, to which the group is linked, or in triggers.

Done! At the end of a service, the Satisfaction Survey link will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp, and they will be able to rate your service as usual!
