Important: The feature is being rolled out in stages. If it is not yet available in your system, you will receive an email informing you when the feature is released.
Now, it is possible to send emails faster and more securely through Movidesk.

With our partner Mailgun, your company can now send emails directly through Movidesk without needing to share your access credentials. All that is required is to configure the DNS to authorize the servers to send emails using your account.


How to use email sending through Mailgun?

Within Movidesk's email settings (Settings -> Email -> Accounts) Select the option “Set manually” under the provider.

After setting manually, select the option “Mailgun” in the sending settings.
 

To configure email sending via Mailgun:

  • Open a ticket for support through the available form.
  • Provide your contact details and the domain of the email account you wish to register in Mailgun for sending.
  • Our support team will contact you as soon as we receive your ticket.
 
Important: To enable the email account in your Movidesk, it is crucial to contact the support team to finalize the configurations with Mailgun.
